ALL MEETINGS ARE FOR 15 MINUTES ONLY.
This form must include what your meeting is about in order to receive a response from directors.

Please allow 3-5 business days to receive a response.

Once your meeting request is approved, you will receive an email from studio@ravedancecomplex.com to set up a time and date.

In the event your meeting request is not approved, you will receive an email with an answer to your question or a plan deleveoped by directors to address your reasons for a meeting.

Meeting Topic - Please note we will only discuss what is mentioned within your request IF approved by directors.

I understand:

All meetings are scheduled for 15 minutes only.

Directors will only talk about topics mentioned within my request form.

Not all meetings will be approved. Directors will email with confirmation to schedule a time/date or a plan for success should my meeting request be denied.

Meeting request will be responded to within 3-5 business days.
