The RDC Academy is a mentorship program designed for dancers who are committed to taking their training to the next level and pursuing opportunities within the commercial dance industry.
Academy dancers receive individualized guidance, technical training, and professional development while being challenged to grow as confident, versatile artists.

The RDC Company is our competitive performance team, designed for dancers who love to perform, compete, and represent RAVE Dance Complex throughout California.
Company dancers perform award-winning routines choreographed by the RDC staff while creating lifelong friendships and unforgettable experiences.
Company opportunities include:
Pre-Company team available for NEW & rising dancers. (ages 5-8)
Regional competitions throughout California
