Free Trial Classes:
Students will be given the opportunity to try out classes ONCE per class
After a trial is done, enrollment will then be taken into account.
Parent or Legal Guardian Must sign liability waiver before beginning a trial class
Year Long Enrollment:
RAVE Dance Complex believes that all students are able to enroll during anytime of the semester!
Cut off date for June Showcase Participants - December costume deposit due date
If your dancer does not make the cut off date for June Showcase, we encourage you to still take classes!

No Refund Policy:
RAVE Dance Complex reserves the right to not offer refunds for registration fees, tuition, costume deposits, choreography fees, Etc. We will offer these alternatives:
Receiving costume after full payment
Late Fee Policy:
Tuition and competition fees are due at the beginning of each month.
If fees are not paid during that time, late fees will be applied to your account.
*Late fees are now per dancer, not family.
Tuition late fee: $10
Competition late fee: $50
Returned Check Policy:
Any checks that are returned will result in an additional $30 fee added to your account.
If checks are bounced more than once, we will ask to no longer receive payments in check form and will only accept cash or money orders.
Classes and Rehearsals:
All classes and rehearsals are CLOSED. Parents are not allowed into dance rooms unless instructed by teacher. Please use the viewing windows as classes and rehearsals are in session.
All curtains will be open on the last week of each month so parents can see what skills dancer are working on.
Classroom viewing will happen in December to showcase what dancers have been working on during the Fall Semester.
If a student misses a class, they are invited to attend any class that is their same level during the week. Classes must be “made up” within 30 days of the missed class. They do not carry over. We also allow for anticipatory make-ups, meaning if students know that they will be out-of-town for a certain week, they can make-up the class before they leave. Please make sure to inform the teacher that the student is doing a make-up class.
When dropping or adding a class at any time during the year, please make sure account is up to date and do one of the following:
Let the front desk receptionist know.
Email email@example.com that you will be dropping.
Tell teacher of the class you are dropping that you will not be returning.
Not showing up for classes, does not constitute as a withdrawal from class. Accounts will continue to be charged for tuition until we receive notice you are dropping.
Dancers are able to schedule private lessons with any of our teaching staff.
Studio private lesson fees will go as followed:
For individual dancers
Half hour: $40
Group private lesson rates
Half hour: $30 per dancer
Full hour: $50 per dancer
RAVE Dance Complex does not carry medical insurance for its students.
It is required that all students be covered by their own family insurance policies and if injury occurs it is understood that the student's own policy is your only source of reimbursement. By signing the registration form you are agreeing that RAVE Dance Complex will not be held liable for any accidents or injuries that happen at the studio.
